Tottenham Hotspur have completed the signing of Brazilian winger Savinho from Manchester City, continuing a remarkable summer of spending as new manager Roberto De Zerbi looks to transform the club’s squad.

The initial fee is reported to be around £75 million, with a further £10 million potentially payable through add-ons, taking the overall value of the agreement to approximately £85 million.
