F1 2026 Dutch GP Qualifying: Start Time and Full Saturday Schedule
Formula 1 returns to the spotlight at Zandvoort today as drivers prepare for the main qualifying session of the 2026 Dutch Grand Prix, with the starting grid for Sunday’s race set to be decided.
The qualifying session is scheduled to begin at 4:00pm local time in the Netherlands, which is 3:00pm UK time . The session is expected to run for one hour.
The session comes after Saturday’s Sprint, which is scheduled to start at 11:00am UK time. Following the Sprint, attention will turn to the main qualifying session as drivers fight for the best possible starting positions for Sunday’s Grand Prix.
George Russell heads into the day as the Sprint pole-sitter after narrowly beating Lando Norris in Friday’s Sprint Qualifying. Charles Leclerc, Oscar Piastri and Kimi Antonelli will also be among the drivers looking to challenge for a strong result.
The session will be particularly important for the championship contenders, with every qualifying position potentially playing a major role in the battle for points at Zandvoort.
